RT9731A/B是一款双通道配电开关，适用于需要精密电流限制或遇到大电流负载和短路的应用。本产品透过外部电阻为每个通道提供可编程的电流限制门坎，范围为560mA至2.8A (典型值)。藉由控制电源开关的上升和下降时间，来最小化开/关转换期间的电流浪涌。
每当输出负载超过电流限制门坎时，透过切换到定电流模式，RT9731A/B的每个通道将输出电流限制在安全水平。每个通道的FLAG逻辑输出在过电流时，独立变为低电位。
RT9731A/B采用薄型WDFN-10L 3x3封装。
